Skatepark Rules and Regulations

It is our policy to maintain a well regulated , public facility operated with emphasis on the safety and good conduct of our patrons. Our rules and regulations are firmly and fairly enforced. Because of the normal risk of maintaining balance on skates and the probability of occasional contact between skaters, accidents can and do happen. You must voluntary assume the risk of injury when you skate. We cannot and do not carry insurance covering injury to skaters.

Upon entrance at Champs Elysees you agree to abide by all Rules and Regulations.

Dress code

Champs Elysees requires neatness and cleanliness of all patrons. No clothing that could be considered distasteful for our family enviroment will be allowed in the premises.

- No bare feet

- No hats or scarves

- No bare shoulders or bare backs

General rules

Champs Elysees requires these quidelines for the comfort and safety of all patrons.

All skates are subject to approval by the management.

- No smoking by a minor

- No in and out priviledges

- No intoxication of any kind

- No sitting on or climbing over the fence surrounding the area

- No outside food or beverage may be brought into Champs Elysees

- Small children may not be left unattended at any time

- Champs Elysees is not responsible for any lost items

Floor rules

Champs Elysees will penalize any patron that does not practice safe skating

- No pushing or arguing at all times

- No dangerous skating except during a designated special skate

- All skaters must take care at all times and wear a helmet, and we strongly recommend to skaters to wear protective accessories for knees and   elbows
